How do I place an Order?

For placing your order, please follow the instructions:

  • Select the item you would like to purchase.
  • Check the availability and other applicable options.
  • Now, tap on ‘Add to cart’ and then hit the ‘view cart’ button.
  • Under the ‘Cart’ page, press on ‘Proceed to checkout.’
  • Give your billing details, select payment method and then tap on ‘Place order.’

What's the status of my order?

Go to My Account > Orders and click on the order number to review the status of your order along with the tracking information.

How do I get Order status notification?

Once your order is approved you will get an order confirmation email alert on your registered email ID.

Once your order is shipped you will receive SMS and Email notification about your shipping status till delivery.


How can I cancel an order after placing it?

You can directly cancel an order that has been recently placed by navigating to My Account > Orders

In case of Prepaid or Advance Payments using Cashfree, transaction fee will be applicable.

In case of your order product is cancelled from our side due non-availability, your full money will be refunded within one working day.

If the order status has got processed further then it’s not possible to directly cancel it. We suggest you to contact us.
If the order is in transit then it’s not possible to cancel it and If it is rejected at the time of delivery, then we will refund you once the product reaches back to us in case of prepaid orders holding the shipping charges.


Can I club two coupons in one purchase?

Multiple coupons cannot be applied at the same time.


What are the delivery charges at Sportswing.in?

We charge around or less than ₹50 on orders below ₹500 and offer free shipping on eligible orders above ₹1000.
However, heavy products we do have nominal shipping charges.


What countries do you ship to?

We ship within India and to any international location. International shipping we ask you to pay as per actuals depends on countries shipping tariff, payment bank charges all this have to be taken care by buyer.(Every detail proof will be provided to our foreign customer to maintain transparency)
However, the cost of the product remains the same for buyers with in India or outside


What happens of my order get’s delayed?

We always do our best to expedite the shipping for all orders, however, it’s possible in some rare occasions that shipment delay may happen. Shipping delays may also happen due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient unavailable or un-contactable, incorrectly addressed orders, weather conditions, and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay in such situations


How long does it take to ship the orders?

We usually process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day and the standard delivery time is 1-3 business days for South India or 3-5 days for the rest of India.
(working days exclude National Holidays and Sundays).
Some orders might be delayed due to delay shipment from the manufacturer or distributor.
Some products if it has to be manufactured we will immediately notify you about the delay this might take atleast 15 days or more.
In some case distributor have to ship the product to our company address and than we will have to ship to customer address this might take 8 to 10working days.
If you are ok with this we will process the order or if you dont want we will cancel the order and refund will be initiated immediately to the prepaid customer.
The delivery timelines shared above are based on the average timelines of all our previous orders history and you are most likely to receive it within that timeline. We do our best to expedite the shipping for all orders, however, it’s possible that occasional delays may sometimes happen on a case to case basis.
Please note that Sportswing.in is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as recipient was unavailable or un-contactable, incorrectly addressed orders, weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay in such situations.


How can I track my order?

You can find tracking link by navigating to My Account > Orders.
The tracking link will be available only when the order is about to dispatch (and even it will be sent by mail) and shipment is created with the courier company.


How do you ship the orders?

We have partnered with various shipment providers including but not limited to FedEx, Delhivery, BlueDart and Ecom Express, India Post for local delivery to various pin codes in India. For International orders we mainly ship with DHL and FedEx.


What should I do If I have failed to Receive the order?

We understand that you may be busy somewhere – working in an office, or chilling out. We make 3 attempts on 3 consecutive working days. Customers are requested to call us if they miss their delivery. We will sort it out as early as possible. Please refer to ‘Return & Refund’ section on our site for more details.


Which locations or Pin codes do you deliver to?

We service over 20,000 Pin codes all over India which caters to majority of the population and areas of the country.
Pincode serviceability may update from time to time and maybe different for Prepaid and Pay on delivery methods based on availability.
In case your Pincode is not serviceable, then our website will automatically block you from placing your order after you add your Pincode at checkout.


What is a promo coupon?

To give you the best deals around, we occasionally issue promo coupons. It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts.

What Payment Options are accepted at Sportswing.in?

Pre-Paid: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, UPI, and EMI.
Pay On Delivery: Pay using cash at your doorstep or digitally with SMS pay link. The Maximum limit for availing this service is ₹15,000. For orders of value more than that, we advise you to pay by using a pre-paid method. This option is subject to pin code serviceability.

How will COD Payment will be processed ?

Due to the high refusal of COD orders, we have started collecting a nominal prepaid amount of ₹100-₹200 or 5% of the order value (whichever is greater) as an initial transfer for COD orders. This amount will be adjusted in the total amount you need to pay at the time of delivery.

Once you select COD payment method you will be directed to Cashfree payment gateway to make advance payment. After the payment confirmation your order will be processed to dispatch.


Are the Prices Inclusive of Taxes on the website?

Yes, the prices for all the products listed on the website are inclusive of all the taxes.


Can I club two coupons in one purchase?

Is Pay On Delivery option available at my pincode?

We have Pay on Delivery facility available at about 16000+ pincodes in India, however, availability may change from time to time.

Try placing your order and fill all the address details at the checkout page along with your pin code.
If pay on delivery is available in your area, then you will automatically see that option at checkout, if it’s not available, then that option will be disabled for you.

However we ask you to pay safety deposit of 200rs or even more depends on the product you have ordered, this avoids unnecessary cancelation from the buyer. RETURNS & REFUNDS RELATED FAQ


What are the cases where we accept a Return, Refund or Replacement?

We would be happy to issue Return, Refunds or Replacements within 7 days of order delivery for the following cases: Wrong Item Delivered, Transport Related Damage, Ordered Item Unavailable or Order Undeliverable.
To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note: Heavy & Costly items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable.

In case of return reason is ‘no longer needed or Ordered in error’, that time also we will accept the return only on eligible products , but forwarded and reverse shipping charges will be born by customer.

In case of customer want replacement with different color or sizes , we will do, but customer have to bare the shipping charges.


How to raise Return, Refund or Replacement request?

Once the status is changed to Delivered , You will able to see Return or Exchange Button on respective Order page (This option will be available till 7days from the delivery date).

What happens if I receive a fake product?

Please be informed that at Sportswing.in, we do not have any 3rd party sellers.
This means that 100% of the products listed on our website are fulfilled directly by us in our own warehouse or from the manufacturers or from the Certified Distributor. Due to this, We/You do not have to rely on 3rd party sellers for sending an authentic product.
Since all the products are fulfilled & delivered by us only, and we are the official, authorised and certified seller of all the brands that we sell, there is no possibility of you receiving a fake product.
If you need help with authenticity verification, it can be done by directly contacting the brand customer care and sharing product images/batch number.


What happens if I got a notification that my order was marked as delivered, but I never received it?

In an extremely rare and unlikely scenario like this, we require you to inform us within 2 days of receiving the notification of order being complete so that we can take necessary action with the courier/delivery person and resolve the case.


What happens if the product is damaged during transportation?

In rare cases of transport damage,

If you found the carton box damaged/tampered or without the tape, please reject it at delivery (including prepaid orders) and contact us and we will resolve the matter.

For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and the issue. We may not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product being received without a video proof at the time of unboxing.


How will my refund be processed once I return an item?

If you have paid using Cashfree payment gateway method for payment then we will reverse the payment in the same account that you paid from.
In case of Cash or Bank Deposits as modes of payment(Direct bank transfer), we will ask you for your bank details please forward your bank details through support@sportswing.in and we will transfer the money digitally.


How long does it take to process refunds?

We issue refunds within 1 business days on our end post-approval of the refund. Your bank can take up to 4 business days to process and reflect it once initiated on our end.
